We use Ian Rice Building's service for the construction of most of our conservatory bases for our own clients. Given that we have our own reputation to uphold, the diverse range of products we undertake and the quality of what we need to ultimately provide, then having a builder we can trust and obtain very high standards and accuracy from is paramount. Ian built our two storey extension & porch, which incorporates a bedroom, landing, dining room,bathroom, utility room and adapting an existing bedroom and finally a patio.
Ian provided an excellent service, very friendly, reliable & considerate to my husbands disabilities and made adaptations such as a ramp for a mobility scooter to access the porch to provide my husband with independence. Ian was very considerate towards my husbands medical & mobility problems throughout the build.
Ian was very honest with any challenges that arose, he not only found a solution, but followed it through, we feel he went way beyound the call of duty.
Ian provided a complete team of tradesmen, so i did not need to find an electrician or plumber etc.
I would certainly recommend Ian to my friends & family, he made what could be a very stressful situation, enjoyable so we could sit back and watch our home develop.
Our two young children miss his early morning visits, Ian was very punctual, he came at the same time every day and my children would wait for him to arrive with his cheerful disposition.

Ian Rice has recently built the base for my Conservatory; with small patio and raised bed on one side. The work entailed was difficult, with the site on a slope and need for level access from lounge to Conservatory. All the work carried out over several weeks was accurate and his reliable service much appreciated.

My nearest neighbours watched the progress, from foundations to completion, with interest and were impressed, as I am, with the high standard of his workmanship.
